Lead Web Development courses and Digital Skills modules for youth ages 16 to 28 years old ;
Design creative community projects, events and expert panels in parallel with the Operational Team ;
Serve as a role model, offering perspective on the world of work and networking strategies, with a spirit of collective intelligence ;
Monitor student success, consistently developing innovative solutions to stimulate participation and engagement ;
Contribute expert feedback and tangible strategies for curriculum development, while devising opportunities for fringe programs through non-technical skills development ;

Experienced professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong relationship with the Moroccan digital ecosystem ;
Youth Advocate with 2-3 years experience working with vulnerable populations;
Experienced web developer with 3-4 years of experience and proven skills in : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, GitHub, SQL, UML, PHP, Content Management Systems [ WordPress ], UX Design, UI, IA [ FIGMA ], Agile/SCRUM Project Management Methodology, Quality Assurance
A high degree of technical ability to relay information in a manner that provides a positive learning experience and instills a passion for the profession ;
Experience in teaching web development principles in local Arabic language to youth populations, especially from rural areas and without digital skills ;
An effective communicator, capable of announcing program trends and advocating for agile solutions to improve beneficiaries' learning outcomes ;
Creative and innovative problem solving with experience working on work integration programs and implementation of soft skills programs ;
Results-oriented professional, motivated by the success of the project and commitment to program beneficiaries ;
